Conveniently located just half a mile from the airport, so great if you have an early flight ✈️. the staff are really kind and helpful, not just at the front desk but everywhere. the room is spacious and stylish, with a cozy bedroom and a modern bed, plus all the amenities you'd expect.

Philippe and Edith are wonderful hosts who made us feel at home right away. The other reviews are right on the money and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The only minor negatives are those already discussed which are lack of stairs (no problem for us) and the parking situation. I had some trouble finding the hotel since it is in the middle of the pedestrian area. We asked some local police who took it upon themselves to escort our car to the hotel. I didn't know that those little barrier things can drop into the ground with a button. Once we figured it all out, we found the parking convenient and the location superb. Our room was very comfortable and our daughter thoroughly enjoyed the loft where she stayed. We will remember our stay and treasure the memory.

Friendly hosts offering newly renovated rooms in their stunning apartment in the perfect part of Chambéry. And the simple French breakie was perfect. Couldn't have asked for more.

Really enjoyed the experience of staying in such an old building which had been tastefully renovated, but still retained much of it's original features and quirkiness. Good level of comfort with nice guest lounge area and library with books on local area.(Small thing of note, bedside tables with a solid flat surface would be better than the stools with the curved wooden slats) Hosts were very welcoming and helpful and keen to ensure all went well with my stay.

The hosts are very knowledgeable about the history of their residence and the area. The rooms are huge, elegant, and well appointed facilities. If you want a peaceful and experience a part of history while not substituting any luxuries then this is the place to stay in Chambery.

Very accommodating hostess and pleasantly decorated rooms. A little like having a 'home away from home' . Very centrally located so close proximity to good range of shops / restaurants. Decided to have breakfast in hotel and pleased we did - plentiful and nice touches like home made preserves and local speciality rolls.
Be aware that there is no parking on site , though found an underground facility a few hundred yards away (and hotel has a discounted ticket for this). Also rooms are on second floor of old building. No problem for us but if stairs a problem , think twice.

We loved the beautiful 18th-century antiques mixed with modern pieces. the fixtures and fittings were of a high standard and the design of the rooms was first-class. This historic room in the heart of Chambéry is a great choice for party people like us! Walking distance to restaurants and a cheese shop, perfect for food lovers.
Felt like a home away from home, nothing to complain about!

The rooms were huge and clean... The owners couldn't be more helpful. The beds were comfortable. Yes parking is off site (but it is in the heart of the historical town where cars are heavily restricted) but the owners ensure it isn't an inconvience for you. We loved this hotel and the ambiance - we can't wait to go back again.

Amazing! Beautiful and spacious room in a quiet courtyard. Friendly and helpful staff. We have stayed in more than 30 hotels during our 1 month travel and this is the best hotel we have seen so far. Comfortable and clean.
